Your tasks:

• Processing customer inquiries and orders
• Quotation preparation and order processing
• Maintenance of customer master data and databases
• Supporting the sales force with customer service
• Coordination and tracking of deliveries and complaints
• Creation of sales reports and evaluations
• Telephone and written communication with customers and internal departments

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in sales or retail
• Experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
• Very good communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and a high level of service orientation
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
