Your tasks:
- General organization of the office
- National and international correspondence
- Scheduling as well as communication and coordination with customers
- Creating and checking invoices and maintaining the account book
- Management and filing of files
- Processing the mail
- Management and ordering of office supplies and consumables
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Initial experience in the commercial sector desirable
- Experienced MS-Office knowledge
- Independent way of working
- Confident, well-groomed appearance and good language skills
- Flexibility, commitment and dynamism
