Your tasks:

• Answering and processing telephone calls and documenting them 
• Processing in the area of checking, recording and correcting customer data 
• Master data maintenance 

Your profile:

• Commercial training, preferably in dialog marketing or comparable
• First professional experience in telephony an advantage - not a KO criterion 
• Very good written and spoken German 
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
