Your tasks:
- Independent processing, handling and control of shipments to Switzerland
- On-site support and advice for our customers and our transport partners, including drivers
- Efficient control and monitoring of the loading and handling process
- Ongoing optimization of the route plan and daily scheduling
- General administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed training in the commercial or industrial sector
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
- Good written and spoken German
- Experience in handling international transportation, in the truck sector and preferably experience in dispatching in Switzerland
- Confident appearance as well as customer and service-oriented thinking
