Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Job description

For a global corporation in the chemical industry, we are looking for a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) with manual skills at the Kleinostheim site in 2 shifts as soon as possible.

Your area of responsibility:

• Cutting, grinding and polishing of quartz glass on conventional cutting and polishing machines
• Loading and setting up the machines
• Monitoring the production steps
• Quality control
• Puttying the workpieces to be machined
• Drilling and engraving of quartz glass samples
• Data entry of batch numbers / order numbers on the PC
• Cleaning of quartz glass workpieces with an ultrasonic system
• Careful handling of polished quartz glass components
• Operating an ultrasound system
• Handling hazardous substances and cleaning agents
• Track material batches

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the industrial/technical field and/or several years of professional experience in the
  industrial/technical field
• Knowledge in the operation of conventional machines desirable
• Technical skills
• Manual skills in handling sensitive materials (quartz glass)
• Quality awareness
• Physical resilience
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
