Quality inspector (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a Quality Inspector (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. The position is to be filled at our major customer in Kleinostheim. Willingness to work a full shift is a prerequisite.
If you have completed technical training and have several years of experience in mechanized non-destructive material testing with ultrasound, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks:

• Non-destructive testing of quartz glass moldings using visual inspection and ultrasound
• Operating ultrasonic testing devices
• Handling and packaging of the tested products
• Posting of test results in SAP and documentation in test reports

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with several years of experience in mechanized non-destructive material testing with ultrasound
• In-depth ultrasound-specific knowledge at least with the
• Qualification UT Level I according to DIN EN ISO 9712
• Further NDT qualifications are desirable
• Good knowledge of ultrasonic phased array technology;
• Experience with phased array devices
• SAP and Office user skills
• Experience in the glass/ceramics sector desirable
• Careful and goal-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken German
• Car and driver's license required
• Willingness to work full-time shifts
