Im Auftrag eines namhaften Kunden aus der Region, Stuttgart bis Tübingen, suchen wir zur Direktvermittlung genau Sie als Filialleiter / stellv. Filialleiter Bäckerei (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den Umsatz und den Erfolg Ihrer Filiale
• Sie führen und motivieren Ihre Team
• Sie organisieren alle Arbeitsschritte, die einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf in Ihrer Filiale garantieren inklusive der Warenpräsentation und der Personaleinsatzplanung
• Sie arbeiten aktiv im Verkauf mit und leben eine kundenorientierte und exzellente Serviceorientierung vor
• Sie tragen durch Ihre gastfreundliches Auftreten und Ihren ausgezeichneten Service dazu bei, dass unsere Gäste in den Filialen eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag erleben

Your profile:

• You love the smell of fresh baked goods
• Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a bakery salesperson or salesperson in the food trade or similar
• You think and act in a customer and service-oriented manner
• You are flexible, a team player and have a friendly and well-groomed demeanor
• good knowledge of German
• Saturday is a normal working day and, depending on the branch, we also work on Sundays.
