• Accounts payable: Entering and posting incoming invoices as well as creating payment proposal lists and payment runs and entering them in online banking
• Accounts receivable: Dunning
• Calc. Accrual postings for monthly financial statements
• Posting the payroll accounting lists
• Verbuchen der Bank- und Kassenbelege
• Diverse Kontenabstimmungen sowie Abstimmung Kreditoren- und Debitoren-OP mit Fibu
• Preparation of the monthly advance VAT return and annual VAT return
• Preparing the data for the sales tax consilium warehouse
• Recording asset additions and disposals, carrying out depreciation runs and reconciling asset accounting with financial accounting
• Monthly preparation of internal statistics and statistics for authorities
• Assistance with liquidity planning
• Preparation of various documents for the annual financial statements
• Other activities in the area of financial accounting and controlling

Your profile:

• abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Excel Kenntnisse
• sorgfältiges Arbeiten mit Vertraulichkeit
