Your tasks:

You will support the management in the areas of controlling, project management and day-to-day business. You will organize, plan and attend internal and external business meetings, take on general assistance tasks and be responsible for independent project work.

• Supporting the management in all administrative and organizational matters
• Coordination, preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
• Contributing to the implementation and further development of projects
• Contributing to the establishment and expansion of cooperations with partners and service providers
• Creation and preparation of key figures, analyses, statistics and presentations
• Compiling and creating project documentation and internal reporting
• Order tracking and controlling

Your profile:

• Completed business studies or commercial training
• Professional experience in the automobile trade desirable
• Comprehensive industry knowledge, very good general education and strong commercial understanding
• Very confident handling of key business figures
• Independent and extremely conscientious way of working
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as positive charisma
• Friendly and confident demeanor
• Commitment and high willingness for further training
