Your tasks:
- Our desk provides 1st and 2nd level support on our customers' IT infrastructures and clouds.
- You are often in telephone contact with our customers, recording faults, problems and requests in the ticket system and qualifying them.
- You process tickets by implementing the technical requirements on the customer system and solving problems - both independently and as part of a team.
- Our desk also provides many "proactive" services, such as regular updates, system monitoring and checks.
Your profile:
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or career changer with professional experience
- Experience in areas such as Windows server/client, network, security, firewall, backup, application deployment, Office 365, etc. is desirable
- You communicate with customers and the team in an engaging and friendly manner
- Motivated
- Ready to learn
