Your tasks:
- Inspection and evaluation of deliveries and services
- Documentation of existing and future maintenance contracts
- Preparation of tenders and commissioning
- Preparation of framework agreements and quantity contracts
- The creation of price indices
- Maintenance of master data based on the tender results
- Standardization and structuring of articles and suppliers
Your profile:
- Qualifications: commercial training or technical training with further commercial training, also training as a draftsman (m/f/d) is welcome
- Experience in purchasing external services or services from external companies such as service and work contracts
- Commercial and technical understanding
- A quick grasp of complex processes and tasks
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and MS Excel
- Language level: German C1, French and English an advantage
