On behalf of a well-known customer from the beautiful Biberach im Kinzigtal, we are looking for exactly you as a specialist (m/f/d) in quality assurance test bench.

Your tasks:

• Operation of the load test benches (test load up to 350 tons)
• Function and load testing of various products
• Dynamic load test to simulate use case
• Lateral load test for tilt and buckling safety of the appliances
• Hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting on our versatile products (e.g. tripod lifters, tools, service devices)
• Assembly and disassembly of test devices
• Support in the preparation of product-specific test instructions and sketching of test devices
• Destructive testing in the development and optimization of products
• Recording of deviations in quality notifications using SAP
• Work in two-shift operation (early/late shift)

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or similar skills acquired in practice
• Further training as a technician/industrial foreman (m/f/d) an advantage
• Professional experience in mechanical engineering
• Good understanding of power flows and hydraulic systems
• Confident handling of technical drawings (including English/global standards)
• Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English required
