For our well-known customer in the Offenburg area, we are looking for several telephone sales representatives (m/f/d) in the call center, part-time, with the option of home office.

In this position, you will be the link between our company and our customers. Your main task will be to provide excellent customer service and process inquiries professionally.

Your tasks:

• Answering incoming calls
• Telephone conversations with regular and new customers
• Advising customers on products, premiums and services
• Documentation of calls in the system

Your profile:

• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Career changers are very welcome
• Good communication skills in German, other language skills are an advantage
• High degree of empathy
