Your tasks:
- Independent processing and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Responsibility for placing and processing orders.
- Carrying out plausibility checks on business transactions.
- Posting and reconciliation of bank and cash statements.
- Administration and management of tender documents in accordance with legal requirements.
- Support with the year-end closing work and the annual financial statements.
- Determination, valuation and updating of fixed assets.
- Monthly reconciliation of fixed assets with financial accounting.
- If necessary, support in the preparation of reports and evaluations.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training and professional experience in the field of asset and financial accounting (further training)
- Good understanding of tax and legal regulations in connection with fixed assets
- Communicative, friendly and engaging demeanor
- You are an independent, structured person (m/f/d) with an event-oriented way of working
- Good IT skills round off your profile
