Your tasks:

• Support, setup and inventory of workstation equipment, software, hardware and peripherals Supplementary processing
• Analysis, documentation and elimination of hardware and software faults that occur
• Support in the maintenance and administration of Windows systems (Active Directory, operating systems, MS Office) and telephone systems
• Direct customer contact for problems and questions that arise
• Active participation in system and network-related IT projects
• Performing administrative tasks in applications (e.g. assigning authorizations, creating users)
• Maintenance of IT and telecommunications contracts in contract management
• Invoice processing
