Your tasks:
- Modernization and repair work in occupied and unoccupied apartments
- Installation of bathrooms and heating systems
- Carrying out individual repairs, maintenance, insurance claims and the fault clearance service for boilers and boiler systems
- Customer service and emergency service operations with mobile connection
- Documenting orders and ordering materials
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitation
- Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
