Your tasks:
- Verbal and written communication with customers and cooperation partners in the area of payment and online services in German and English
- Customer service
- On- and offboarding of national and international operators
- Interface to other company divisions (PM, FiCo, order processing)
- Documentation of customer concerns in the ticketin
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable Affinity for online business
- Solutions and IT applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very good team and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office product range and Confluence
- Good written and spoken German and English, further language skills desirable
- Strong customer orientation, enjoy dealing with customers and sales partners
