Your tasks:
- Independent advice and support for our customers / partner companies
- Preparation of offers and follow-up of submitted offers
- Order checking and processing in SAP BO
- Competent initial technical advice for new customers / prospective customers
- Proactive management of customer and sales discussions
- Processing customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail
- Close cooperation with the responsible field service
- Other administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in the commercial sector
- Several years of professional experience in the sale of technical products requiring explanation
- Distinct service and customer orientation
- Good understanding of numbers
- Proactive and structured work
- Interest in technical products
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, knowledge of SAP BO an advantage
- Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
- Team player, resilient, structured and reliable
- High level of communication skills
