Your tasks:
- You process financial accounting (accounts payable and general ledger) independently in the accounting system and carry out payment runs
- You maintain a precise overview of incoming invoices, travel expense reports and credit card statements
- You will be responsible for managing contracts and inventory
- You carry out the monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the tax consultant
- You prepare statistics and overviews for the management and the Executive Board, also on an ad hoc basis
- Your tasks will include monitoring and preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the specialist departments
- You communicate with our business partners regarding incoming invoices and credit notes
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial or tax-related apprenticeship
- You have experience in accounts payable accounting
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in an association or company
- You have experience in using accounting software (DATEV would be desirable)
- Good MS Office skills round off your profile
- You are a team player and emphatic, and communicate engagingly
- You have a hands-on mentality and get things done.
