On behalf of a well-known customer from the Westerkappeln/ Lotte region, we are looking for exactly you as a Customer Service Clerk (f/m/d) with a takeover option. No call center activity.

Your tasks:
- Recording and processing incoming orders
- Telephone and written support and advice for customers
- Processing and handling of customer complaints and returns
- Identifying solutions to recurring problems in your own area of responsibility
- Participation in quality assurance measures in the areas of order processing and customer service (processes, IT tools)
- Communication with internal organizational areas
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Confident handling of telephone conversations
- Very good MS Office user skills (especially Excel)
- Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
- Good comprehension skills and an independent, conscientious way of working
