Your tasks:
- Supporting department management and the team in day-to-day operations
- Staff deployment planning to ensure service levels
- Constructive communication with internal interfaces and shareholders
- Independent collaboration and assumption of (partial) projects in customer service
- Preparation and evaluation of information, data and key figures as well as creation of presentations and documents
- Contact person (m/f/d) for employees in customer service for organizational issues and the time recording system
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a logistics or service-oriented environment desirable
- Ideally initial practical experience relevant to this role (e.g. as a dispatcher or workforce manager (m/f/d))
- Structured as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
- Decisiveness and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Supporting a trusting, appreciative and cooperative working environment with strong communication and teamwork skills
