Job description

We are looking for several Supervisors m/f/d for our well-known client in the Münster area for immediate employment on a temporary basis, with the option of being taken on.

Your tasks:

• Induction, training and technical management of call center interviewers
• Cross-project planning and management of human resources
• Coordination of the studies and testing of the questionnaires
• Call back management with derivation and implementation of corresponding activities
• Implementation of quality assurance measures, monitoring and feedback discussions
• Creation of analyses and reports
• Exchange of information within the supervisor and interviewer teams
• Working hours Monday - Friday
• You work 3 days in the home office / 2 days in the center in Lüdinghausen 

Your profile:

• Commercial training and/or experience as an employee/interviewer in a call center
• Experience with CATI software or high willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject area
• Experienced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Analytical skills and good technical understanding
• Willingness to take responsibility, assertiveness and high quality awareness
• Strong communication skills and the ability to actively approach people
• Team player and motivator in one person
• Good written and spoken English skills
