Your tasks:
- Ensuring smooth processing of central invoicing to statutory and private cost units
- In the course of this, creation and preparation of the accounting documents and accompanying documents
- Assuming responsibility for prescription management and prescription administration
- Expert processing of returns and retaxations
- Communication and exchange with health insurance companies
- Close internal coordination with the order processing, accounting and cash management departments to clarify open cases
- Support in the management of all relevant billing data
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as a healthcare clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in the billing of auxiliary and medicinal products in the area of other service providers
- Good knowledge of the application of contracts from various cost units
- Experienced in the use of common industry software (preferably Business Central - Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and digital work steps
- Application knowledge in the common Microsoft Office applications as well as technical openness to new digital media and their applications
- Initial management experience such as project management or similar responsibilities is desirable in order to take the next step
