Your tasks:
- Preparation and execution of inquiries to our suppliers as well as the comparison of offers and prices
- Support in order processing including monitoring compliance with agreed delivery dates
- Incoming goods inspections through to complaints processing
- Support in the preparation of price and product range analyses
- Master data entry and maintenance of article and supplier data
- Collaboration with the marketing, sales and quality management departments
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in purchasing
- Experience in dealing with common industry software (preferably Business Central - Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and digital work steps
- Knowledge of the common Microsoft Office applications
- You have organizational skills and enjoy working in a team
- Confident, competent demeanor and enjoy dealing with people
- Flexibility and motivation to get things done
- A high level of reliability and a structured and conscientious working style round off your profile
