Job description

For our client we are looking for an office management assistant (m/f/d) in the field of logistics. This position is to be filled on a temporary basis. The assignment is planned on a long-term basis up to and including permanent employment.

Location: 33829 Borgholzhausen
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Your tasks:

  • Managing day-to-day business in the control center (checking freight documents, posting incoming and outgoing goods, evaluating order processing)
  • Communication with system partners
  • Supervision of the warehouse control center via warehouse management systems (data maintenance of logistics processes)
  • Implementation of warehouse logistics processes
  • Carrying out stock checks and inventories
  • Organization of transport services incl. truck dispatch

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and initial experience in logistics an advantage or similar qualification.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Organized and proactive way of working.
  • Driver's license and car to reach the place of work.
