For our client we are looking for an office management assistant (m/f/d) in the field of logistics. This position is to be filled on a temporary basis. The assignment is planned on a long-term basis up to and including permanent employment.
Location: 33829 Borgholzhausen
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Your tasks:
- Managing day-to-day business in the control center (checking freight documents, posting incoming and outgoing goods, evaluating order processing)
- Communication with system partners
- Supervision of the warehouse control center via warehouse management systems (data maintenance of logistics processes)
- Implementation of warehouse logistics processes
- Carrying out stock checks and inventories
- Organization of transport services incl. truck dispatch
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and initial experience in logistics an advantage or similar qualification.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Organized and proactive way of working.
- Driver's license and car to reach the place of work.
