On behalf of a well-known customer from the Osnabrück region, we are looking for exactly you as an employee Service Helpdesk (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Telephone contact for questions and problems from our partners (electricians) and private customers
  • Documentation and processing of requests in the ticket system
  • Support with troubleshooting via remote diagnostics
  • Written reply to incoming e-mails

Your profile:

  • Experience as a user helpdesk/customer consultant or comparable qualification
  • Interest in dealing with customers
  • Technical understanding
  • MS Office skills
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Team player, communicative
