Your tasks:
- Telephone contact for questions and problems from our partners (electricians) and private customers
- Documentation and processing of requests in the ticket system
- Support with troubleshooting via remote diagnostics
- Written reply to incoming e-mails
Your profile:
- Experience as a user helpdesk/customer consultant or comparable qualification
- Interest in dealing with customers
- Technical understanding
- MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken German
- Team player, communicative
