Your tasks:
- Assistance, processing and administration
- Processing incoming correspondence
- Coordination of internal processes between departments
- Customer service and processing telephone inquiries
- Preparatory accounting, cooperation and contact person for the tax consultant
- Material purchasing, mail processing, administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training desirable, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of office organization and administration
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Driving license class and car an advantage
