Your tasks:

• Maintenance, servicing and repair of systems in commercial properties
• Carrying out inspection rounds
• Reporting defects found in systems and buildings

Your profile:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of test equipment and building system and building management technology
• MS-Office knowledge Additional qualification
• Class B driver's license
