Your tasks:
- Management of the general office organization
- Processing incoming correspondence
- Support in sales and in the preparation of invoices and quotations
- Preparation of payroll documents and employment contracts and contact person at the tax office
- Coordination of appointments and meetings
- Maintenance of databases and filing systems
- Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Your profile:
- Completed training as an office clerk or in a comparable professional field desirable
- Professional experience in agriculture/viticulture/wine growing desirable
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Flexibility and commitment
- Open-minded, confident manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, an independent, precise and conscientious way of working
