We are looking for a committed Buyer (m/f/d) for cosmetic articles in Neuried, Ortenaukreis.

In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic purchasing and procurement of materials and services to achieve our production targets.

Your tasks:

• Identifying new trends and innovations
• Development and implementation of trends in new beauty ranges in compliance with the European Cosmetics Regulation
• Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers worldwide
• Execution of the complete order processing from inquiry, order to delivery
• Passing on quality requirements and control
• Specification and monitoring of deadlines
• Support in supplier development, selection and qualification of new suppliers
• Freight forwarder selection and evaluation
• Permanent monitoring of procurement markets with regard to new trends and innovative suppliers

Your profile:

• Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on purchasing
• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Interest in beauty products and their new development
• Professional experience an advantage
• Independent, structured and organized way of thinking and working
• Enthusiasm, assertiveness, negotiating skills and a team-oriented working style
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge an advantage)
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
