Your tasks:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting
  • Contact for employees, social insurance providers and authorities on wage tax and social security issues
  • Implementation of the reporting and certification system
  • Management of personnel files
    Preparation and support for tax audits

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Sound knowledge of wage tax, social security and employment law
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package, ideally initial experience with DATEV
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Team orientation, independent and structured way of working
