Customer advisor (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for entering customer information in the database
  You process referrals
  You answer customer inquiries by telephone and in writing
  You are responsible for providing friendly and professional support on the service hotline

What you bring with you:

• You are characterized by your willingness to help and your strong communication skills
• You are experienced with PC & Internet
• You are naturally motivated to work with and among people
• You can look back on at least 2 years of outbound professional experience in customer service
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
