Your area of responsibility:
- Route control (dispatcher)
- Complaint re-recording
- Reworking complaints (kitchen/bathroom or remaining stock)
- online customer service
- Delivery coordination
- Processing
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, alternatively commercial work experience
- adept at using a PC, telephone and sending e-mails
- communicative and customer-oriented way of working
- Own car to reach the place of work
- Working hours in a 2-shift system between 06:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday
