Your tasks:

• Advance quality planning for new products incl. creation of series documentation and processing of initial sampling in accordance with AIAG/ IATF
• Initiation and monitoring of troubleshooting and process optimization measures
• Complaints management
• Planning and implementation of product audits and requalifications
• Technical staff management and staff deployment planning for the quality assurance department (approx. 10 employees)
• Further development of the department

Your profile:

• Experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive sector
• Experience in working with CAQ systems (FMEA, inspection planning, SPC, PPAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of automotive core tools and industry-specific standards
• Technical understanding, assertiveness and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• good knowledge of English
