Assistant / Commercial Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Processing customer inquiries
• Receipt and clarification of complaints and claims
• Analysis of causes of complaints
• Checking, creating and posting incoming and outgoing invoices and claims invoices
• Preparation of the month-end closing 
• General office responsibility
• Administration in the branch office in all commercial matters
• Personnel administration, time recording and vacation planning for employees
• Cooperation with external bodies and authorities
• Keeping statistics and responsibility for the transmission of data to the branch management and the executive board
• Organization of meetings and company events

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a logistics focus
• Experience in customer service and/or accounting
• Ability to compromise and assertiveness
• Independent working style with hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with WMS and SAP an advantage
