For a well-known customer in Bonn we are looking for you as IT Administrator (m/f/d) in temporary employment.

Your tasks:
- Supervision of employees in the area of telecommunications and on-site support for external service providers on the basis of shared ticket systems
- Mobile communication (smartphone, tablet, feature phone)
- Participation in the planning and implementation of the regeneration of mobile radio HW
- Maintenance of the asset database for the mobile communication portion
- Participation in the further development of the mobile (Indigo) solution for secure access to selected components of the IT system via smartphone and/or tablet
- Processing task-specific requirements in the IT requirements workflow
- Creating and updating documentation and instructions in the area of responsibility
- Support with the introduction of new hardware and software
- Support in the coordination, management and control of external service providers
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) oder Ähnliche
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware, Netze und Kommunikation
- Good user knowledge of MS-Office
