Your area of responsibility:
- Operation of CNC machines in large and small series production as well as in single-part production
- Clamping and machining of workpieces
- Converting and setting up
- Carry out first piece inspection and correct and retrace if necessary
- Tool change and tool readjustment
- Measure and test workpieces according to test plan
- Optimization of processes and tools
- Monitoring the production process
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in CNC machining is an advantage
- Knowledge of conventional turning and milling desirable
- Knowledge of the Heidenhain control system desirable
- Programming knowledge advantageous but not a requirement
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Knowledge of reading drawings
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and independent working style
