Your tasks:

• Betreuung von Bestandskunden aus verschiedenen Ländern 
• Receiving and processing customer inquiries 
• Kalkulationen, Angebote und Verträge erstellen
• Coordination between the logistics, production, laboratory and refining departments to ensure that orders are processed on time
• Preparation of final accounts and fixing of precious metals
• Communication with customers in German, English and ideally another foreign language via telephone, e-mail or other messaging services
• Research and acquisition of new business potential worldwide

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or studies
• Sound professional experience in sales or internal sales
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
• Very good written and spoken German and English, any other language is welcome
