For a well-known customer in the region we are looking for you as a commercial employee (m/f/d) in the customer area in temporary employment in Hamburg.

We take care of your commute and cover the cost of the monthly ticket of €58.00.

Your tasks:

• First and direct contact for customers
• Comprehensive customer support
• Advice on products, transit times and transport documents (national and international)
• Ensuring customer-specific requirements and handling processes
• Communication with related departments and external partners

Your profile:

• Completed training as a businessman m/f/d for forwarding and logistics services or comparable
• Customer and service-oriented behavior
• Good written and spoken English
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Team player with good communication skills
