Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring the flawless overall technical condition of the electrical and building services systems to be supervised
• Program creation and expansion of the building management system for measuring, control and regulation systems
• Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operating processes
• Carrying out installation, inspection and maintenance work on technical building systems as well as documentation and verification management
• Visual and functional inspections of safety systems (GMA, safety lighting, structural fire protection equipment, bulkheads, fire doors/gates)
• Testing of stationary electrical systems in accordance with DGUV regulation 3 and DIN/VDE
• Coordination and support of external service providers, specialist companies and subcontractors

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics/electrical technician
• Relevant professional experience in the field of testing, servicing and maintenance of electrical and building services systems
• The following qualifications are desirable or willingness to obtain: 
• Switching authorization in medium-voltage systems up to 30kV
• Qualification air hygiene category B according to VDI 6022
• Hygiene qualification for evaporative cooling systems in accordance with VDI-MT 2047 Sheet 4
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Knowledge of BMS software (Schneider and Elesta) and its programming desirable
• Knowledge of the current state of the art, VDE/DIN standards and guidelines
