Your tasks:

• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Termine und Planungen
• Verwaltung von Zahlungsverkehr, Bewilligungsanträgen
• Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Bewilligungs-/Änderungsanträgen
• Telephone and written advice for applicants/beneficiaries
• Various activities in the area of subsidy payments
• Erfassung von Statistikdaten
• Mitwirken beim Zuwendungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of public administration
• Basic knowledge of administrative and grant law
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Distinct customer orientation
