Your area of responsibility:
- Advising our customers on maintenance contracts in the ITC sector
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and troubleshooting assignments
- Creation and management of deployment plans for service technicians,
- System partners and subcontractors
- Monitoring and escalation in the event of non-compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Responsibility for technical and procedural matters in your area of operation
- Representation of our interests vis-à-vis clients
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical training (communications engineering, IT system electronics) or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, commercial training with an affinity for ITC or scheduling experience
- Experience in a service environment (e.g. scheduling or service desk)
- Customer and service-oriented way of working
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Perfect knowledge of German
