Für unseren Kunden an den Standorten Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel und Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg suchen wir ab sofort motivierte Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d), die das Team mit voller Tatkraft unterstützen.

Your area of responsibility:

• Notification of boxes ready for dispatch to forwarding agents
• Creating the Shipping Advices
• Preparation of export accompanying documents and bills of lading
• Processing customer orders in compliance with operational and legal requirements
• Reliable communication with internal and external customers and service providers
• Checking the hazardous goods packaging
• Data entry in SAP and other web applications

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
• Experience in the forwarding or logistics environment
• Ideally knowledge of customs clearance
• Knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Willingness to work in three shifts and at weekends
