Your tasks:
- Legal analysis and evaluation: Legal analysis and evaluation of issues in purchasing
- Preparation of award conditions and draft contracts: Drafting tenders, contracts and independent contract negotiations with suppliers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of law (degree: 2nd state examination in law)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of public procurement desirable
- Good user knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of procurement, pricing and contract law is an advantage
