Your tasks:

• Unterstützung bei der Beratung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte bei allen personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
• Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Supporting the strategic realignment, standardization and digitalization of HR processes
• Conducting appraisal interviews
• Implementation of succession planning and talent days
• Management of HR projects

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies or commercial training in human resources
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR
• Experienced knowledge of the MS Office package
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Organized, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
