Your tasks:
- Direct cooperation with the management and support of the sales team
- Processing customer inquiries as initial contact (no telephone acquisition)
- Maintenance and analysis of leads, opportunities and contacts in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Coordination and implementation of customer demos in collaboration with project managers
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and pitch presentations
- Creation and adaptation of offers and presentations
- Coordination and processing of requests for proposals (RfPs=structured requests for proposals)
- Support and management of our content marketing activities
- Organization, preparation, participation and follow-up of online and offline events such as webinars and trade fairs
- Creation and coordination of newsletters and e-mail marketing campaigns
- Supporting the management with special projects
Your profile:
- Completed training in a commercial field, e.g. office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or IT management clerk (m/f/d)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a sales assistant or in a similar professional field
- High degree of team and service orientation combined with great communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, very good presentation and communication skills
- Initial experience with e-learning an advantage

- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
