For our client, an innovative digital agency, we are looking for a passionate sales representative (m/f/d) with an interest in digitization for direct placement on a part-time basis (20 - 25 hours)

Your tasks:

  • Direct cooperation with the management and support of the sales team
  • Processing customer inquiries as initial contact (no telephone acquisition)
  • Maintenance and analysis of leads, opportunities and contacts in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Coordination and implementation of customer demos in collaboration with project managers
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and pitch presentations
  • Creation and adaptation of offers and presentations
  • Coordination and processing of requests for proposals (RfPs=structured requests for proposals)
  • Support and management of our content marketing activities
  • Organization, preparation, participation and follow-up of online and offline events such as webinars and trade fairs
  • Creation and coordination of newsletters and e-mail marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the management with special projects  

Your profile:

  • Completed training in a commercial field, e.g. office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or IT management clerk (m/f/d)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a sales assistant or in a similar professional field
  • High degree of team and service orientation combined with great communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, very good presentation and communication skills
  • Initial experience with e-learning an advantage
  • a knack for independent organization
  • Structured thinking, quick comprehension
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
