Your tasks:

Become part of the team. Support our customer in the TGM project with a well-known sports car manufacturer in the north of Leipzig.

Tackling tasks:

• Dispatching of technical teams and immediate dispatch of colleagues in the event of emergencies (e.g. water damage)

Take responsibility:

• Coordination of the department with a focus on claims settlement, expert opinions and claims auditing; further development of the entire organization of claims settlement

Living cooperation:

• Communication with our customer, property and project managers and technicians; forwarding all relevant information to those involved in the claims process

Inspiring enthusiasm for technology:

• Processing of fault reports in the SAP ticket system; documentation of orders and compliance with the billing process

Your profile:

Education:

• Completed training in a technical profession, e.g. electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), etc.

Experience:

• Professional experience in project management in the automotive sector and employee management desirable

Knowledge:

• Confident knowledge of MS Office (MS Project an advantage), desirable Autocad, SAP, Navision
