Your tasks:

• Checking, operating and optimizing ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning systems as well as other building services systems 
• Checking and optimizing system parameters and processes  
• Replacing and cleaning filter systems 
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and rectification of malfunctions and faults 
• Instructing, accompanying and monitoring external companies during maintenance and repair work 
• Creating and maintaining audit documents 
• Support in the planning of technical building systems as part of conversion projects by the building owner, e.g. participation in planning meetings
• Carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair work on structural and building services installations and inventory 

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician / electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) 
• Several years of professional experience in the field of air conditioning, ventilation technology and technical building management 
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology desirable
• Qualification according to VDI 6022 Cat. B desirable 
• Independent and service-oriented work 
• Reliability and ability to work in a team 
• Flexible working hours (alternating early/late shift, weekend and public holiday shifts) 
• Good written and spoken German 
• Good user knowledge of MS Office 
• Class B driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
