Your tasks:

  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Support unserer Kunden
  • Analyse und Lösung technischer Fragestellungen zu unserer Kassensoftware und unseren Online Services, Weiterstellung an First- und Second-Level-Support
  • Simulation of customer installations for analysis purposes
  • Documentation of activities in the ticket system
  • Collaboration with our product development and product management teams in the development of solutions

Your profile:

  • Technical understanding and enjoy solving technical challenges
  • Pleasure in dealing with customers and high service orientation
  • Systematic and structured way of working
  • Able to learn and used to working independently and on your own responsibility
  • Experience in customer service an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English an advantage
